AMUSTAY プライバシーポリシー
AMUSTAY（以下「本サービス」）は、宿泊施設、航空券、設備、アクセシビリティその他の旅行関連情報を検索・整理・共有するサービスです。本ポリシーは、合同会社安藤志塾（以下「当社」）による AMUSTAY Android アプリおよび関連ウェブサービスにおける個人情報・利用情報の取扱いを説明します。

現在の Android アプリは、端末の正確な位置情報、連絡先、SMS、通話履歴を取得するための権限を要求しません。
ユーザーが公開投稿として提供した施設情報、レビュー、評価、写真その他のコンテンツは、本サービス上で公開される場合があります。公開を望まない私的・秘密・センシティブな情報を投稿しないでください。
写真等について、当社はサービス表示やプライバシー保護のため、サイズ変更、圧縮、形式変換、トリミング、サムネイル生成、ぼかし、マスキングその他の加工を行う場合があります。
人物の顔、名札、車両番号、住所その他の識別情報が含まれる場合、当社は必要に応じて当該部分の削除・ぼかし・トリミングまたは写真自体の削除を行うことがあります。人物を生体認証によって特定する目的でユーザー投稿写真を利用することを目的としていません。
通信には HTTPS を使用します。Android アプリ内の長期認証情報は Android Keystore により保護された暗号鍵を用いて保存する設計です。サーバー側では、長期認証情報そのものを平文保存せず、照合用情報を用いる設計を採用しています。認証情報はセキュリティ運用上、更新または失効される場合があります。
本サービスは、ログイン、航空券検索、宿泊・旅行情報、地図、予約先への遷移等のため、Google、Telegram、旅行検索・予約事業者その他の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。要求された機能の提供に必要な範囲で、検索条件や技術情報がこれらの事業者へ送信される場合があります。
外部サイトに移動した後は、その事業者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。当社は個人情報を販売しません。
ウェブ表示、ログイン状態、設定等を維持するため、Cookie、セッション、ローカルストレージ等を使用する場合があります。AMUSTAY と Flights のセッションは、それぞれのホストで独立して管理される場合があります。
個人情報は、本サービスの提供、セキュリティ、障害対応、紛争対応および法令遵守のため合理的に必要な期間に限って保持します。アカウント関連情報は原則としてアカウント存続中に保持し、アカウント削除手続完了後は、本ポリシーに定める例外を除き削除または個人との関連付けを解除します。
削除申請の処理記録、不正利用・セキュリティ対策に必要な最小限の識別子のハッシュ、処理日時、確認方法その他の最小限の監査情報は、削除処理の証明、不正な再登録・なりすまし対策、紛争対応等のため、原則として削除完了後180日以内を目安に保持する場合があります。法令、訴訟、権利保全その他正当な理由がある場合は、その必要期間に限り保持することがあります。
バックアップ内のデータは通常運用から隔離され、所定のローテーションに従って消去されます。バックアップから復元した場合にも、削除済みアカウントの情報を通常利用へ戻さないための合理的な措置を行います。
ユーザーは、アカウント削除ページに記載する方法で、AMUSTAY アカウントおよび関連データの削除を求めることができます。
第三者による不正な削除、なりすまし、嫌がらせ等を防止するため、当社は削除前に本人確認を行います。本人確認には、既にアカウントに紐づいているログイン提供者による再認証、登録済み・確認済みメールアドレス、その他既存のアカウント情報を用いる場合があります。申請メールに記載された新しい連絡先だけを根拠に削除することはありません。
本人確認ができない場合、当社はアカウントを削除しないことがあります。また、本人確認前に、第三者に対して当該アカウントの存在や登録情報を開示しない場合があります。
アカウント削除後、ユーザーに紐づく認証情報、プロフィールその他の個人情報は、法令上またはセキュリティ上の正当な保持理由があるものを除き、削除または個人との関連付けを解除します。
一方、施設情報の有用性やレビュー・統計の整合性を維持するため、ユーザーとの合理的な関連付けを除去し、必要に応じて識別情報を削除・ぼかし・要約したうえで、施設の事実情報、匿名化されたレビュー・要約、統計・集約情報、人物を識別できない施設写真・サムネイル、タグ・分類その他の派生データを保持する場合があります。
写真については、投稿者本人または第三者を識別できる原本を削除しつつ、人物部分を除去・ぼかし・トリミングした派生画像、人物を識別できないサムネイル、施設設備部分のみを抽出した画像等を保持する場合があります。合理的な加工によっても個人識別性を除去できない場合は、原則として削除します。
本ポリシーで「匿名化」「個人との関連付けの解除」等と記載する場合、それが当然に個人情報保護法上の「匿名加工情報」を意味するものではありません。法令上の匿名加工情報として取り扱う場合には、適用される法令・ガイドラインに従います。
ユーザーコンテンツの著作権その他の権利関係は、利用規約に定めます。アカウント削除後に適法に保持される匿名化・要約・集約・加工済みコンテンツや派生データについては、同規約に基づく利用許諾が必要な範囲で存続する場合があります。
本サービスは、適用法令上保護者の同意が必要な年齢の子どもから、必要な同意なく意図的に個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。
機能、法令、運用内容の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページその他適切な方法で告知します。
AMUSTAY (the “Service”) is a service for searching, organizing and sharing information about accommodation, flights, facilities, accessibility and related travel information. This policy explains how Ando Shijuku LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal and usage information in the AMUSTAY Android app and related web services.

The current Android app does not request permissions to collect precise device location, contacts, SMS or call history.
Place information, reviews, ratings, photos and other material submitted as public content may be publicly displayed through the Service. Do not submit private, confidential or sensitive information that you do not want to be public.
For display and privacy protection, we may resize, compress, convert, crop, generate thumbnails, blur, mask or otherwise process images.
If an image contains faces, name tags, vehicle numbers, addresses or other identifying details, we may remove, blur, crop or delete those details or the image. We do not intend to use user-submitted photographs for biometric identification of individuals.
Network communications use HTTPS. Long-lived authentication data stored by the Android app is designed to be protected using cryptographic keys backed by Android Keystore. The server is designed not to store long-lived authentication credentials in plaintext and instead uses verification data. Authentication credentials may be rotated or revoked for security purposes.
The Service may use Google, Telegram, travel-search/booking providers, maps and other external services for sign-in, flight search, travel information or redirection to booking providers. Search parameters and technical information may be transmitted where necessary to provide a requested feature.
Once you leave AMUSTAY for an external site, that provider's own privacy policy applies. We do not sell personal information.
We may use cookies, sessions and local storage to maintain web display, sign-in state and preferences. AMUSTAY and Flights sessions may be managed independently on their respective hosts.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve incidents or disputes, and comply with law. Account-related information is generally retained while the account remains active and, after account deletion, is deleted or unlinked from the individual except as described below.
Minimal deletion/audit records—such as a deletion-request identifier, hashed identifiers needed for abuse prevention, processing timestamps and verification method—may generally be retained for up to 180 days after deletion is completed for proof of processing, anti-impersonation/abuse controls and dispute handling. Records may be retained longer only where reasonably necessary for law, litigation, preservation of rights or another legitimate reason.
Data in backups is isolated from ordinary use and removed according to the applicable backup rotation. If a backup is restored, reasonable measures are taken to avoid returning deleted-account information to ordinary use.
You may request deletion of your AMUSTAY account and associated data using the methods described on the Account Deletion page.
To prevent unauthorized deletion, impersonation or harassment, we verify the requester before deletion. Verification may use re-authentication through an identity provider already linked to the account, an existing verified email address, or other pre-existing account information. We do not rely solely on a new contact address supplied in the deletion request.
If identity cannot be verified, we may decline to delete the account. Before verification, we may also decline to confirm to a third party whether a particular account exists or disclose its registered information.
Authentication data, profile data and other personal information linked to the user are deleted or unlinked after account deletion unless retention is justified by law or legitimate security needs.
To preserve useful place information and the integrity of reviews/statistics, we may retain information after removing reasonable links to the user and removing, blurring or summarizing identifying information. This may include factual place data, de-identified review summaries, statistics and aggregates, non-identifying facility photos or thumbnails, tags, classifications and other derived data.
For photos, we may delete an original that identifies the account holder or another person while retaining a derived image in which identifiable persons have been removed, blurred or cropped, a non-identifying thumbnail, or an image limited to a facility/equipment area. If identifying characteristics cannot reasonably be removed, the image will generally be deleted.
References in this policy to “anonymization,” “de-identification” or “unlinking” do not automatically mean “anonymously processed information” as that term may be defined under Japanese privacy law. Where information is handled as legally defined anonymously processed information, we follow the applicable statutory requirements.
Copyright and other rights in User Content are addressed in the Terms of Service. Licenses needed for lawfully retained de-identified, summarized, aggregated or transformed content and derived data may continue after account deletion as described in those Terms.
The Service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below an age requiring parental consent under applicable law without the required consent.
We may update this policy when features, laws or operational practices change. Material changes will be communicated on this page or through another appropriate method.
