AMUSTAY アカウント削除
AMUSTAY アカウントおよび関連する個人データの削除を申請できます。第三者による不正削除やなりすましを防止するため、削除前に本人確認を行います。
ログインできる場合は、ログイン中のアカウントからこのページを開いたうえで、下記連絡先へ削除申請を送信してください。必要に応じて、既にアカウントに紐づいている Google / Telegram 等のログイン提供者による再認証をお願いする場合があります。
ログインできない場合も同じ連絡先から申請できます。本人確認に必要な範囲で、登録した可能性のあるメールアドレス、利用したログイン方法（Google / Telegram 等）その他アカウントを特定するための情報を記載してください。
パスワード、ワンタイムコード、Google/Telegram の認証コード、秘密鍵その他の秘密情報は送信しないでください。
削除申請に記載された新しい連絡先だけを根拠にアカウントを削除することはありません。可能な場合、既に登録済み・確認済みのメールアドレス、既存のログイン提供者、その他既存のアカウント情報を利用して本人確認を行います。
本人確認ができない場合、第三者による嫌がらせ・なりすまし等からアカウントを保護するため、削除を実行しないことがあります。また、確認前に「そのアカウントが存在するか」等を申請者へ回答しない場合があります。
削除申請の処理記録、処理日時、確認方法、不正利用防止に必要なハッシュ化識別子その他の最小限の監査情報を、原則として削除完了後180日以内を目安に保持する場合があります。法令、訴訟、紛争、権利保全その他正当な理由がある場合は必要期間保持することがあります。
バックアップ内のデータは通常運用から隔離され、所定のローテーションに従って消去されます。

You may request deletion of your AMUSTAY account and associated personal data. We verify the requester before deletion in order to prevent unauthorized deletion and impersonation.
If you can sign in, open this page while signed in and send a deletion request to the contact below. Where necessary, we may ask you to re-authenticate through an identity provider already linked to the account, such as Google or Telegram.
If you cannot sign in, you may still contact us at the same address. Include only information reasonably necessary to locate the account, such as an email address that may already be registered or the sign-in provider used.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, Google/Telegram authentication codes, private keys or other secrets.
We do not delete an account solely on the basis of a new contact address supplied in a deletion request. Where possible, verification uses an existing verified email address, an identity provider already linked to the account, or other pre-existing account information.
If identity cannot be verified, we may decline to delete the account in order to protect it from harassment or impersonation. Before verification, we may also decline to confirm whether a particular account exists.
Minimal audit information such as deletion-request records, processing timestamps, verification method and hashed identifiers needed for abuse prevention may generally be retained for up to 180 days after deletion is completed. Information may be retained longer where reasonably required by law, litigation, dispute handling or preservation of rights.
Data in backups is isolated from ordinary use and removed according to the applicable backup rotation.
